How I work

Assessment

Our first meeting is an important mutual process during which I will learn something about your needs and wishes and assess whether I can help, and you will assess how you feel talking to me and whether or not you would like to begin therapy with me. I do not keep a waiting list, and will not offer you an assessment appointment unless I have space to begin work with you.

I offer open ended therapy which allows you to come until you feel you have achieved what you want to and we agree that you are ready to end. Your appointments will be at the same time on the same day every week.

“Learn your theories well, but put them down when faced with the miracle of a living human soul.”
Carl Jung
